Russell joined L&R Midland in 2022 and has over 21 years marine market experience, serving in various commercial/technical management roles for International Paint, GE, SKF, and the Royal Navy. Working within the marine market has enabled him to utilise his commercial and interpersonal skills to assist our shipyard principals.
Samantha was previously employed directly by Sembawang Shipyard, Singapore, in their Customer Relations team, and brings a wealth of knowledge ensuring expectations of the shipyards and their clients are met.
The combined team backgrounds and knowledge includes experience from both sides of the shipping industry, as supplier and customer. This gives L&R Midland a unique insight into the requirements and expectations of all parties involved in the ship repair sector.
